PRIO Christmas Party

Last Friday marked the day of the annual Christmas party. The arrangement committee (Ingeborg, Cathrine and Andrew) had done a wonderful job of prepping and decorating for this festive and fun occasion, with the assistance of Alf. It was nice to see so many PRIOites relaxing and enjoying themselves in the Philosophers hall with good food, drink and music after what has for so many been a hectic autumn. Thanks also to those responsible for the entertainment; I was delighted to see how the newcomers at PRIO once again have proven their creative qualities. Particularly impressive was the film, which, contrary to my expectations, did not make fun of the director as much as I had thought – and indeed tried to pre-empt in my speech. I found it quite amusing, much like the rest of the spectators. Hopefully we shall be able to come up with better proposals and plans than our cinematic colleagues did, and I shall evade personal filing in the catacombs...
